Jen’s Eggnog Ice Cream Recipe
2 cups eggnog
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla Extract
1 tsp rum Extract
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Combine eggnog and heavy cream in a large bowl. Add extracts, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir until combined. Refrigerate for 2 hours (or longer). Freeze in your ice cream maker according to manufacturer\’s instructions. In my Cuisinart, it takes about 20 minutes or so.
